
Ingredients
- 3 fish fillet
- Olive oil
- 1 large lemon
- 5 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper as needed
- 5 potatoes (purple, red and yellow), sliced in halves
- Italian seasoning
- Parsley flakes
- Dried onions
Directions
- In a baking dish glass add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, the tuna fish fillets, and then squeeze the lime on top
- Smash the cloves of garlic with salt and pepper as needed. Spread the mix on both sides of the fish fillets
- Add the potato halves to the dish
- Put Italian seasoning, parsley flakes and dried onion on top of fish and potatoes. Salt and pepper as needed.
- Drop olive oil on top of everything
- Cover with foil and let stand for 30 minutes
- Take the dish to a pre-heated oven at 365 F until the potatoes are soft (between 15 and 20 minutes, depending on the potatoes size). Keep checking to ensure you do not overcook.
