
Ingredients
Part 1:
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 cups of quinoa
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of parmesan
- 2 table spoon of butter
- 1 tea spoon of salt
Part 2:
- Any meat or vegetable you want
Part 3:
- 1 cup of fresh mozzarella
- 1 table spoon of baking powder
Directions
- Put all ingredients from Part 1 in a mixer
- When it’s all mixed you can add the ingredients of Part 2 (meat or vegetable). Sometimes you need to add another egg to make the dough smoother
- Now add the ingredients from Part 3 (mozzarella and the baking powder), and mix by hand
- Put the dough in a baking dish glass
- Take it to a pre-heated oven at 370 F for about 40 minutes
- To make sure the cake is ready, stick a toothpick in the middle of it. If it’s coming out clean, the cake is done. Otherwise, wait a little bit more.
