
Ingredients
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of ghee
- 2 diced large onion
- 2 shredded large carrots
- 1 1/2 cup of white rice
- 4 1/2 cups of water
Directions
- Smash the garlic and salt together until paste forms. Save it for later
- Put the ghee and onion in a pan to fry, until the onion is transparent
- Then add the garlic paste and the carrots, and braise the mixture
- Wait until the carrots are releasing color, then add the rice
- Add the water and cook the mixture until the rice is soft
- Voila!
