Penne a la Carbonara

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces of diced bacon
  • 7 ounces of penne al dente
  • 5 eggs
  • Salt and black pepper as needed

Directions

  1. Put the bacon in a large pan to fry until it is golden brown
  2. Then take half of portion and save for later
  3. Add the penne to the pan with bacon
  4. Mix the eggs with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan with penne and bacon
  5. Mix for about two minutes, then cover the pan
  6. Wait about five minutes for the eggs to cook
  7. When the mixture is done remove it from the pan and put in a small bowl
  8. Then add the saved portion of bacon on top
  9. Enjoy!
