
Ingredients
- 4 ounces of diced bacon
- 7 ounces of penne al dente
- 5 eggs
- Salt and black pepper as needed
Directions
- Put the bacon in a large pan to fry until it is golden brown
- Then take half of portion and save for later
- Add the penne to the pan with bacon
- Mix the eggs with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan with penne and bacon
- Mix for about two minutes, then cover the pan
- Wait about five minutes for the eggs to cook
- When the mixture is done remove it from the pan and put in a small bowl
- Then add the saved portion of bacon on top
- Enjoy!
