Tuna Fis

Ingredients

  • 3 fish fillet
  • Olive oil
  • 1 large lemon
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • Salt and pepper as needed
  • 5 potatoes (purple, red and yellow), sliced in halves
  • Italian seasoning
  • Parsley flakes
  • Dried onions

Directions

  1. In a baking dish glass add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, the tuna fish fillets, and then squeeze the lime on top
  2. Smash the cloves of garlic with salt and pepper as needed. Spread the mix on both sides of the fish fillets
  3. Add the potato halves to the dish
  4. Put Italian seasoning, parsley flakes and dried onion on top of fish and potatoes. Salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Drop olive oil on top of everything
  6. Cover with foil and let stand for 30 minutes
  7. Take the dish to a pre-heated oven at 365 F until the potatoes are soft (between 15 and 20 minutes, depending on the potatoes size). Keep checking to ensure you do not overcook.
  8. Voila!
