
Ingredients
- 1 diced red onion
- 1 diced tomato
- 10 cherry-tomatoes sliced in two halves
- 2 diced mangos
- 1/2 box of diced strawberries
- 2 smashed cloves of garlic
- Salt and black pepper as needed
- 1 tablespoon of apple vinaigrette
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- Parsley sliced in small pieces
Directions
- Put the onion, tomatoes, cherry-tomatoes, mango and strawberries in a bowl
- Add the garlic plus salt and pepper
- Add the vinaigrette and the olive oil, and mix everything
- For last, add the parsley
