
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups of milk
- 6 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 pack of all natural yeast
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 2 cups of white flour
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 cup of mozzarella
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Italian seasoning
Directions
- Warm the milk up just enough to feel it warm in the back of your hand
- Add 2 tablespoon of sugar and the all natural yeast
- Leave it at rest, for the yeast activation
- Meanwhile put in the mixer 4 tablespoon of sugar, the eggs and butter
- Once it is all mixed add the rest of ingredients, including the ones you left at rest
- Use a spatula to check when the dough is no longer sticking to the bowl
- Put the dough in a baking dish glass and cover it in plastic film
- Leave it at rest for about 1 to 2 hours (depending on the environment temperature)
- Take it to a pre-heated oven at 360 F for about 40 minutes
- To make sure the bread is ready, stick a toothpick in the middle of it. If it’s coming out clean, the bread is done. Otherwise, wait a little bit more.
