Manicotti with White Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of homemade manicotti
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 diced onion
  • 5 smashed cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 provolone cheese
  • 1/2 blue cheese
  • 1/2 mozzarella
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper as needed

Directions

  1. For the white sauce put the olive oil and the onion in a pan, and fry until the onion gets transparent
  2. Add the garlic, wine, and milk. Heat the mix up for about five minutes.
  3. Add the provolone and blue cheese and the mozzarella, and cook until they become a cream
  4. Add the salt and black pepper
  5. Put the manicotti in a baking dish glass, and add the white sauce on top
  6. Add the parmesan cheese on top of the white sauce
  7. Take it to a pre-heated oven at 350 F for about 15 to 20 minutes
