
Ingredients
- 1 pack of homemade manicotti
- 3 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 diced onion
- 5 smashed cloves of garlic
- 1 cup of white wine
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 provolone cheese
- 1/2 blue cheese
- 1/2 mozzarella
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper as needed
Directions
- For the white sauce put the olive oil and the onion in a pan, and fry until the onion gets transparent
- Add the garlic, wine, and milk. Heat the mix up for about five minutes.
- Add the provolone and blue cheese and the mozzarella, and cook until they become a cream
- Add the salt and black pepper
- Put the manicotti in a baking dish glass, and add the white sauce on top
- Add the parmesan cheese on top of the white sauce
- Take it to a pre-heated oven at 350 F for about 15 to 20 minutes
